Paris, March 24, 2026 —MindDay, which has established itself in just three years as one of the most downloaded consumer wellness and mental health apps in France, announces a new €2M funding round.
● New investors are joining this round: Impactivist and InvESS Île-de-France Amorçage (initiated by the Île-de-France Region) managed by INCO Ventures, alongside the company’s historical investors, notably Mutuelles Impact, a fund of the French Mutualité managed by XAnge.
● The solution is based on a scientific approach derived from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), the most widely used form of psychotherapy worldwide.
● The app is now accessible free of charge to nearly 10 million people in France through partnerships with more than 50 mutual insurers and health insurance providers.
A consumer app based on neuroscience
Founded in 2022 with the ambition of democratizing access to psychological tools, MindDay relies on a scientific approach derived from cognitive behavioral therapies. It enables users to work on their mental health independently through guided programs and practical exercises (CBT). The app was co-designed with psychiatrist Dr. Hervé Montès to ensure the scientific robustness of its content.
Today, MindDay offers more than 60 support programs and over 300 interactive sessions covering many everyday topics: stress, anxiety, depression, self-confidence, relationships, couples, parenting, sleep, addictions, and grief.
New investors to support its expansion
In this growth context, MindDay has raised €2M, bringing new financial partners into its capital: Impactivist and InvESS Île-de-France Amorçage (initiated by the Île-de-France Region) managed by INCO Ventures. These new investors join the company’s historical backers, notably Mutuelles Impact, a fund of the French Mutualité managed by XAnge.
This funding will enable MindDay to accelerate the development of its platform, expand its content offering, and support its international expansion. The app is already used in several French-speaking countries, which now represent around 10% of users, particularly in Canada.
To broaden its audience, the company will launch an English version of the app in April 2026, targeting English-speaking markets, with a priority on the United States and Canada.
Part of the funds raised will also be dedicated to accelerating user acquisition and developing B2B partnerships.
Strong growth and partnerships reaching 10 million people in France amid rising mental health needs
Since its launch, MindDay has experienced sustained growth, driven by increasing demand for mental health solutions and the accessibility of its digital approach.
In 2025, the app recorded 600,000 new downloads, bringing the total to nearly 2 million since launch. The platform now has more than 50,000 paying subscribers and continues on a strong expansion trajectory, with 100% growth between 2024 and 2025.
Alongside its consumer growth, MindDay is also accelerating its deployment through partnerships with health insurance providers.
At the beginning of 2026, the company joined the Santéclair ecosystem, a platform bringing together nearly 50 mutual insurers and insurance companies, including Allianz, MAAF, MMA, and GMF.
Thanks to this partnership, nearly 10 million people in France can now access the app free of charge via their complementary health insurance, significantly expanding access to preventive mental health tools. A study conducted in 2025 with MGEN among 1,000 users shows that after six months of using the app, participants reported an average 38% improvement in well-being, along with a reduction in symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression of around 25%.
Mental health: a major societal challenge in 2026
Since the Covid-19 crisis, mental health has become one of the major public health challenges. In France, it was declared a Great National Cause in 2025, and this mobilization has been extended into 2026.
Mental health disorders are now the leading cause of sick leave and one of the largest expenditure items for the national health insurance system, representing a cost of €23 billion per year. According to estimates, 1 in 5 people face psychological difficulties each year, and nearly a quarter of the population will experience a mental disorder during their lifetime*. Beyond diagnosed conditions, mental health concerns the entire population: stress, anxiety, emotional difficulties, and burnout are now part of the everyday challenges many people face.
In this context, MindDay positions itself as a consumer solution complementary to healthcare professionals, enabling individuals to progress at their own pace through accessible, everyday tools based on proven scientific methods.

““Since the launch of the MindDay app three years ago, tremendous work has been done to build an application that is useful, accessible, and scientifically robust, in response to mental health needs that continue to grow very strongly.”

“The rapid growth of MindDay reflects a deep societal need. We are delighted to continue this journey alongside the team as it enters a new phase of development, with the ambition of expanding access to mental health tools on an international scale.”
