● XAnge has completed the first closing of its new early-stage fund, XAnge 5, at €200 million. This successor fund will be pan-European and surpass XAnge 4 in both size and geographic ambition.

Strengthening Europe in the Global Tech Race
In just a few months, XAnge secured €200 million for the first closing of XAnge 5, supported by long-standing investors including EIF (doubling its commitment compared to XAnge 4), Siparex Associés (the sponsor of Siparex Group funds), Bpifrance, CNP, and several major institutional investors and family offices.
This successful fundraising underscores the performance and stability of a team that has spent 20 years partnering with visionary founders capable of creating or transforming markets through technology for the benefit of society at large.
Portfolio highlights include Lydia, Ledger, Believe, Odoo, and more recent successes such as Skello, 360Learning, Aerospacelab, Greenly, and Gleamer, confirming XAnge as one of Europe’s most dynamic venture capital firms.
XAnge 5 will expand its European footprint beyond its historical presence in France, DACH, and Belgium, focusing on 3 verticals: AI Transformation, Deep Tech, and Sustainable Future. The fund will lead early-stage rounds with initial tickets ranging from €1 million to €15 million.
