Caroline is Associate at XAnge, based in Berlin.
She joined the team in 2025, having previously worked on the early-stage development of a PropTech venture. She holds a Master's in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from ESMT Berlin and a Bachelor's from HWR Berlin, with academic exchanges in Dublin and Montevideo.
Outside the office, Caroline trains for Hyrox and is always planning her next trip around the world.
