Jessica is Innovation Project Director at La Poste Ventures, the CVC of Groupe La Poste operated by XAnge.
She began her career in an HR consulting firm before founding a startup in HR Tech.
In 2019, she joined a subsidiary of Groupe La Poste to drive innovation within the HR function.
In 2021, she helped establish and develop La Poste Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm, with the aim of creating synergies between Groupe La Poste and portfolio startups.
She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management with a specialization in Work Psychology.
