Louis is Associate at XAnge, based in Berlin. He joined the team early in 2026 after building his career in high-growth startups, most recently as General Manager at Spin (formerly Ford Mobility), before founding his own climate-tech venture, which he ran for four years which he ran for four years and which is still operating today. Alongside building his company, he completed an MSc in Sustainability, Entrepreneurship & Technology from WU and Tomorrow University on a scholarship, having previously studied International Business and Finance at CBS. Outside the office, Louis has played football his whole life, recently ran a marathon, and is now getting into triathlon.
